was this the Ready2Run Jetty by any chance?

if so, then you will need to edit the jetty.xml file in there and set it 
to the IP address of the machine you are hitting.

I am going to be redoing the Ready2Run bundle for the 1.0.2 release now 
that i have a much greater handle on how people are utilising it.
