Just to add to Matt's post here, per-tag or per-function documentation never really existed prior to OpenBD going open source. Its just one of the things that was felt wasn't necessary instead documentation on the differences was published instead. Think of it like a delta document.
Now that OpenBD is reaching into new audiences who are not CFML literate, the WIKI is starting to build out to be their *first* port of call for all manners of documentation. So no matter how insignificant the information is, then please, contribute it to the wiki. EVEN if you didn't use it yourself, but instead witnessed it here on the list, take that and throw it in to the WIKI for others to find.
