There are some path verification issues on the Ready2Run version that will be resolved in the next version of the admin. Basically so people know what's going on behind the scenes, for safety's sake I try to read the CFC file to make sure no one shoots themselves in the foot.
As an interim fix, just set "Verify Path Settings" to No and that will let you change settings on that screen without it throwing the error.
