Since the installer's instance of OpenBD is not installed as a WAR file, 
it doesn't have it's own web.xml file, it uses tomcat's default web.xml 
file.

That's located here by default:
/opt/openbd/tomcat/conf/web.xml

The majority of the OpenBD configs start at about line 250 or so...
