I saw this in Firefox 3.1. I am not sure what is the best tool for isolating and (re)creating a test case involving cookies - I am not sure if one can do that e.g. with cURL.
I created a workaround, for the time being, and filed an issue/bug with the project tracker at RIAforge - I don't really have time to investigate this more for the time being... /H.
