I don't know if you've ever looked at Bitnami: http://bitnami.org/
They have install files for several stacks and applications. http://bitnami.org/stacks I have used a couple of these in recent months. For example, it took installing Trac + Subversion on a Windows server from what used to take several hours to just a few minutes. It would be nice to see CFML represented in a stack, so I thought I'd mention it to the OpenBD team as a possible way to get the word out.
