Yes, but that does not answer why it failed in the first place. Unless
there is no need for resolving the URL's it is fine, but functions
like these should work properly, independent of the URL.
For what I am using it for the resolve url didn't need to be there. Since making that change I have had no problems with the program I wrote. So I am happy
