Hi Shane, Are you sure you are using the correct formatting? I'm not sure about adding webservices.
Anytime I've edited any of the xml files, even if I did something wrong, none of my input was ever rewritten. What editor are you using to edit the files? It might not like the formatting and is changing it when you save it. Also, have you stopped the jetty service?
