Unfortunately I don't have any Windows machines so I can't test Chrome. We use FlowPlayer (http://flowplayer.org/) for the cfvideoplayer functionality--I did a quick search and apparently there are some known issues with FlowPlayer on Chrome, so that might be the reason for the issue.
