Hi Dave--I don't see that behavior on Tomcat, but I definitely see what you're seeing on the Ready2Run Jetty version.
Unfortunately I don't use Jetty all that much but I'll look into what I can, and hopefully someone more familiar with Jetty can take a look as well.
