let me finish that before i send it eh? ;)

For me, the only people that matter are the users of OpenBD. If they
need something fixed, then we fix it. If they need a new feature, or a
change, then we do it. We are user driven, not vendor driven.

You guys decide what is important and what isn't. If you feel
something is cool/important enough then you will make your voice heard,
and we will listen.

The bickering and nonsense that goes in the CFML world, has ceased to
amaze me. I was shocked before. I was shocked at how some would
transact publicly, and how different they would confidentially.
Nothing surprises me anymore.

I am proud of the steering committee and the work they have done. I am
proud of this list and the contributors we have here. I am proud to be
associated with OpenBD and the amount of time, our own time (no fat
corporate salary for us) that we spend on it, has never been wasted.

Another reason I refuse to waste my own personal time creating noise.
Who does it help? Cutting code and helping people; that's where my
time is best spent.

CFML is a kick ass language, and it needs to be put into the hands of
more people. We can all help.

Viva OpenBD
the only __true free__ open source CFML engine
      with no hidden charges!

and that is all i have to say on this thread; i have got some new cool
features to crank out, Peter has been suggesting some beautiful stuff.
