okay that bit is relatively easy within Jetty.

So you have the hooks to openbd inside the file:

<jettyhome>webapps/openbd/WEB-INF/web.xml

you take the key bits of that file, and put them inside the default file:

<jettyhome>etc/webdefault.xml

Then you move the bluedragon.xml stuff into its own folder so the 
default jetty can read it; once you open up the files you will see paths 
in there, and you'll be able to put 2 and 2 together easily.
