Yes Sean I ran into similar issues months back but failed to report it since
it was not a priority for me at the time and I was rather distracted by
life. I'll see if I can dig around and find what I was doing. If I recall it
was very similar OnRequestStart or OnRequest and in an Application.cfc
extension.
