Alan, I think the CF8 instructions are the ones you should use, but I am not 100% sure, it was a while since I tried it last. Did you ask this question on the Mura forum? (Which would be the appropriate place)
You can also cfdump the mappings etc to see what exists, and what they point at, to try to isolate the problem.
