Well, as said...  my admin folder is in the /opt/apache-tomcat-6.0.20/
webapps/ROOT directory
so in the Administrator GUI I added

Logical Path  /admin/
Directory Path $/opt/apache-tomcat-6.0.20/webapps/ROOT

and in my index.cfm in the /opt/apache-tomcat-6.0.20/webapps/ROOT/
admin is simply only having these 2 lines
<!DOCTYPE .... >
<cfinclude template="fbx_fusbox3_CF50_nix.cfm">

and it fails on the cfinclude witzh  "MissingInclude"
