Hi Guys, Yes, the 'position' data is for sort ordering. I know that even if there were gaps, an 'order by' would put them in order, but I want to keep their positions in order "just in case". My idea is that it can't hurt anything, and the process to keep it in order shouldn't be too intensive.
I'm going to look at your ideas and digest it now.
