OK, but you didn't ever respond stating whether or not you tried what was
suggested or if the log files contained any additional information, and as I
asked in my previous email, can you hit the OpenBD install directly at its
context path? If you can hit it via the port and context path, then at least
that will narrow things down to an Apache configuration and/or permission
problem.
