Hi all,

Please excuse this post if this is not the correct forum.

I have an openbluedragon application running on Tomcat and MySQL on an
Ubuntu VPS. I have just ported the app from a jboss vps where it had
operated happily for 18 months. Since installation on the new server
the app has been regularly failing and crashing, with the JVM maxing
the CPU usage. Only killing the Java process and restarting Tomcat
resolves the issue - and then only temporarily. In addition, the
application has decided to begin running scheduled tasks 5 / 6 times
simultaneously.

I'm looking for a freelance sys admin / server wonk with a background
supporting openbluedragon applications able to go onto the box and
tell me:

1. whether the VPS / Tomcat install I have put in place is fit for
purpose (does the box have sufficient grunt, is Tomcat correctly
installed etc).
2. whether the Tomcat crash can be resolved
3. on the basis that issue 2 has been resolved, why the app might be
executing single schedules multiple times.

Hence I'm asking for advice on this forum - how might I find such a
person?

Thanks in advance
