Hey Everyone!

So, I'm finially moving up in the world and heading to SBS 2008. I
know you Linux guys will say whatever, but it's a big/exciting move
for me! (It has been a very long road too.)

In getting OpenBD setup and connected to IIS 7 I ran into a few
hiccups and figured I would pass on my information. I will get
working on a Wiki Post soon.

1) The installer is FANTASTIC! Thanks Jordan! Nothing like having
life a little bit easier at least in one step. I assume that 1.3
version is coming shortly?

2) The default connector that comes with the installer doesn't work
(in this case). If you are on a 32-bit 2008 install, it should be
fine. However SBS 2008 is 64-bit. On my 64-bit Windows 7 you can fix
this by setting Enable 32-bit Applications to True under the
Applicaiton Pool your website is using inside of Advanced Settings.
With SBS 2008 it has Exchange 2007 installed and somewhere along the
lines this is causing issues. If you set any Applicaiton Pool to
Enable 32-bit Applicaitons, that Pool will fall upon request. This
can be corrected using the 1.2.30 version of the connector for Windows
64 available here:
http://download.filehat.com/apache/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/jk/binaries/win64/jk-1.2.30/amd64/
What I did is run the remove script inside the connector folder. Once
it was done, I modified the remove and connect bat files to point to
the new dll and also copied the .properties file and modified it to
point to the new dll. Then I ran the connect bat and BINGO IT WORKED!

3) Follow Jordan's directions on the default document and that will
make it work correctly. It is found under the thread of IIS7 CFML
default document (Tomcat isapi_redirect) on this list. The link I
used to get to it is:

Thanks for all the help you guys give! It is GREAT!!!!!

Ben
