I don't think it's a OpenBD issue but an updated version of Tomcat:

It appears that Tomcat after 6.0.20 added some additional reporting when
it comes to ThreadLocal:

Sounds like an issue in Javalution that is harmless (just annoying). It
appears that the Tomcat committers know about this -- we'll see if there
a solution in place soon.
