It seems sketchy to download directly into the application server. I typically download into ~/Downloads. In which case, I would change the name upon deploy. As it is, I download openbd.war to ~/Downloads/OpenBlueDragon-Nightly-YYYY-MM-DD.war, then rename it again to ROOT.war when I deploy.
