FW/1 2.0 will start development in parallel will 1.2 but will no
longer support engines prior to CF9 / OpenBD 1.? (1.4? I think that
will be the target stable release?) / Railo 3.2.

Yes, OpenBD1.4 is slated for October 2010 which sounds like it may be
close enough to catch 2.0
