The source of the data is written by ourselves, and if anyone has
contributed, we attribute accordingly in the Acknowledgments section
(linked at the bottom of every page).
Please send any contributions you wish to make directly to me and i can
find a place for it.
The manual is proving to be popular, with traffic on it significantly
up, especially as people look for tag and function information.
