This is indeed a similar issue with the service being renamed, and
again, is only a problem in the 32-bit version (guess it's pretty
obvious which one I work with the most!)
The problem is located in the c:\openbd\tomcat\bin\autostart.bat file.
The service name needs to be updated to "OpenBD" instead of "Tomcat6".
Again, this update was so that an OpenBD install would not interfere
with an existing Tomcat install.
