Matthew,

Thank you for the reply. As I indicated I am new to OpenBD, but have been
programming with CFML since the *.dbm days when it was new. I am still
trying to get the hang of the differences between the Allaire/Adobe product
and OpenBD. The main application this was required for has been working
flawlessly which was why I was purposefully hitting a page that might error.
I am trying to understand the functionality and what to expect if there is
an error.

>> Well, no--if you were hitting OpenBD directly, you'd probably see the 500
error on the screen

This then makes sense since tomcat/openbd is generating a 500 error then IIS
should as well.

>> But what it doesn't do is output the details of the error to the
>> screen unless you have Extended Error Reporting checked in the admin
console

Now that I have my immediate issues solved - a low cost CFML replacement for
a minimal scripting particularly cost sensitive application - I can dig
further into the rest of the docs and further familiarize myself before
asking more questions.

Thank you again for your help.
