The Eclipse Web Tools Platform (WTP) has a Web Service Explorer (which I
have not yet tried fyi).
Somebody did a Eclipse Webinar once on how to use this - plus the
Eclipse Test and Performance Tools Platform (TPTP) - for WS profiling,
but they used Macromedia Breeze - and it looks like Adobe has since lost
or deleted it.
