Are you positive you're changing the right file? (Sorry, but gotta ask the
obvious. ;-)

I haven't seen that behavior personally. Is it just a pretty plain jane CFML
page with a CFINCLUDE at the bottom and that's it? I'll give it a shot here
locally in a bit and see what happens.

What version of OpenBD are you running on, and what's your install type? If
you did a WAR install what servlet conatiner are you using?

Did you try hitting shift-refresh in your browser to make sure it isn't the
browser that's caching stuff?
