Just to chime on here. We build Mach-II via ANT using VarScoper and MXUnit using OpenBD. The latest version does work on all my test cases. I ran a diff with Meld between the latest release and the version we use for the Mach-II build and the only difference is that we added in "attributes,thread" to the list of scopes to ignore because otherwise thread throws stuff when using cfthread and attributes throws stuff for .cfm include files with functions for custom tags.
