No plans yet Rob to support a database framework.

A number of reasons, but mainly, we have limited development resources and no one is jumping up and down demanding it. So until such times, that a compelling reason to bump it to the top of the priority list, it will get addressed as and when we come to it.

However, if you wish to start coding .. we'll happily review/accept any contributions. You don't have to wait on us.

Good Evening Folks,

I was investigating ORM, and running through a nice tutorial on using
data object instead of direct CFQuery or invoking CFCs, when I
realized that most of the CF9 entity support functions may not be part
of OpenBD yet or not on the implementation timeline.

Any update on plans to implement?

If not are there other ways to take advantage (if there is an
advantage) of Hibernate?

Rob
