Sounds more like a front-end solution than a server-side one (not to
imply that CF has nothing in the client space).
You're talking about the ability to drag and drop DOM elements like -
div's and select options and table rows and images - all around in a
browser?
Yahoo's YIU and JQuery come to mind... there seems to be a new hot
AJAX/CSS flavor of framework out there every time I check!
There's also Flex & Actionscript - if you want to go crazy in the Flash
player / desktop / mobile app / space.
