Yeah, the text is fine. I just carried it over to Windows from Linux and
that was my fault there.
I will have it fully patched in the next release.

does use the $c:\openbd\... sort of path, so I wonder if the
$ isn't
getting evaluated correctly?
No $ is necessary on Windows. :-) That's only needed on *nix so
it knows
physical vs. web-root relative since both potentially start with /.
Let me know if I need to adjust something in the admin console code.
