You know, not that there aren't many blog entries about it, but I've
never run across a clear, concise one:

JVM settings and how they relate to Railo/OpenBD/ACF.  Which settings
affect which parts of the engine...
I know it may be a particularly in-depth topic, but hoping someone
would help me get a better grasp on the subject.
What tools can we use to learn HOW to tweak (or even when it needs
teaking) - and, of course, I'm hoping to see open source alternatives
as well as FusionReactor, etc.

i.e.: Making xmx and xms the same vs a range, also with perm size...
Also, I've seen options about telling the JVM WHICH garbage collector
to use, etc...
