Rick, this problem was solved a few days ago. Can you confirm the version number that is displayed in the Console window.
Also ... make sure you are using the right Google account when uploading. The error Google reports throws you off in the wrong direction. I had a problem for example trying to use it, as it was trying to authenticate against the accounts i have hosted at the Google Apps Domain.
