Thanks Al--the only thing you may have to do manually on 1.4 is create a
mapping for the requirements directory that's used by Mura, but I just
checked one of our production boxes and don't see that, so either I copied
the files to the custom tags directory or there's some magic going on. ;-)

Reason you have to do this manually it OpenBD doesn't yet support
this.customtagpaths which is what Mura uses to set per-application custom
tag paths.
