Was this an upgrade? If so, how did you upgrade specifically? Is this a standard WAR deployment, did you use Jordan's installer, OpenBDJAM, or what type of install? Did you try a newer nightly? Have you tried starting the install *without* any of your applications in the mix? Have you tried taking the Tuckey URL rewriter out of the mix?
