Hello, I'm using an Oracle 11g r2 RAC configuration with OPENBD. All seems to be good, except the built in load balancing using a SCAN address.. The openbd admin seems not to like the jdbc string for the scan service, so i had to manually enter that in the bd xml file:
jdbc:oracle:thin:@scan_addy:1521/service_name I *think* the client needs to have the latest ojdbc6.jar for it to work. Can I just plop this in and OPENBD will use it? Anyone have any experience with load balancing a RAC config?
