Hey jeff, thanks for trying out the OpenBD Local ... it sounds like you
haven't brought over your /WEB-INF/ folder to the webapp folder.
Particularly, you will be wanting the /WEB-INF/lib/ that contains OpenBD
inside of it.
There is an "M" for the RTFM part ...
