I suppose it's still a 2.0 release in the Jam installer and I think there was an issue with the Administrator around the release for 2.0 that Matt fixed. Iknow I had this problem setting a new password in the admin console around that time. I suggest that you simlply replace the OpenBD with the latest release 2.0.2 openbd.war file and you should be good again.
