I'll check with Jeff who's handling the financials and registration side of
things--it looks like you can specify "other" in the form builder for phone
and address format but I didn't want to change that without seeing what the
impact is first. I'll let you know.

We intentionally taper things off Sunday afternoon, with the official
proceedings probably ending at lunch time on Sunday and then there'll be
unconference presentations in the afternoon. That way people who have to
leave Sunday night don't feel like they're missing half a day, although of
course some of the most interesting stuff will happen in the unconference.
;-)

I'll get back to you about the registration form being US only--sorry about
that.
