I have had some trouble with the debugger in the past. In the OpenBD
admin I turn off all debugging settings and remove all debugging IPs
and that usually fixed it. If it still does not work, then after I open
the openbddebugger I rename the directory to openbddebug. Change
permissions on the Application.cfm file and add <cfsetting
showdebugoutput="false" />.
