CouchDB is going to support UnQL natively as they are one of the design groups of the specification, so that will be quite cool to see. Either way, UnQL is still in a design phase, but as I already pointed out we have quite an advantage here with the sql parsers we already have (assuming at least that we wrote them ourselves), though of course that would mean that stuff might change a lot over time, we could have a fairly strong basis and it could be quite an awesome selling point :P David
