I think there might have been some obscure gizmos in ACF that use some
commercial licensing, so you won't find those in an open source version.
I don't often run across a need for anything like that - which can't be
filled via some workaround someone here's already done.
The only issue I've found - during fairly typical development - is some
missing functionality in OpenBD's CFFEED for RSS parsing.
