This is VERY good practical insight.

I see, the customer groups sharding is great and then you can union them 
when needed - makes sense!  Early stage approach - I'll stick with Apache 
then.  There's a lot more Apache experts around than Nginx for optimization 
and administration support within an early-stage budget.

After looking at Dyn, it looks like its the same company I used to use 
about 10 years ago previously named Dynamic DNS.  They used to host DNS for 
Hotmail and several other high traffic sights.  Yes, pricing is a bit 
different but I'll look into that in a later phase - Thanks!

BTW, is there a link to the MongoDB conference you're going to?  May 
consider it if that is one of DB platforms I commit to for the 
project(s)...
