The firewall is correct. For the most part it is turned off. Just to be sure, I checked to ensure there was a rule in it for 8080 being open and there is.
I tried the telnet and it didn't work. Even from the same machine, if I try to hit the IP instead of localhost, I get nothing. For telnet and a browser.
