*A Solution!!* (I think?) I played around some more and finally got it. I just had to create a directory structure under my application directory that matched the expected directory structure in the code. So as soon as I moved the entire bluedragon directory into another folder called bluedragon, I suddenly have the OpenBD Administrator working. Was: C:\xampp\tomcat\webapps\bluedragon ( administrator, adminapi, jars, scripts) now: C:\xampp\tomcat\webapps\bluedragon\bluedragon ( administrator, adminapi, jars, scripts)
That also solves my issues with MxUnit. ( I needed to make a ..\webapps\mxunit\mxunit) I still think there is something in Tomcat that I can set to correct this, but am content for now.
