Thanks Matt, What details is it you require? Could it be the mySQL admin console it is referring to, perhaps the user does not have rights to perform that action from a program outside the main SQL console. Being more of an MS SQL developer this is my first foray into mySQL so any guidance even though it might be off topic would be appreciated.
