After 5 days I finally got this all up and running. Thanks for the
all work you've put into making it easy for us to install Open
BlueDragon on iis7. :)

One other problem that I had once I got all of the BonCode connector
installed (in case anyone out there runs into this) was a 500.21 error
for

HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error Handler "BonCode-Tomcat-CFM-
Handler" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in its module list.

The error help in the docs said to

You are not able to retrieve mapped extensions from IIS7. -> You have
not installed the “.net extensibility” for IIS7. See above for
instructions or use the Server Manager GUI to install this IIS7
feature.

What I had to due thanks to this page
http://forums.iis.net/p/1149449/1869918.aspx with the suggestion to
check to make sure the .net install was registered correctly, and mine
wasn't. I ran this line (adjusted for the version of v4 I had)

run %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.21006\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
