This was different then the select option bug, but did the same result. However, in the select box bug report, one of the developers was at first un able to get the bug, then reproduced the bug. And the way it sounded, it was not quite the same bug I had posted, because I ran into what the developer had described last night while bypassing the check box issues (I am downloading the nightly in a few minutes to see if this is all taken care of).
