Ok, so I have a server set up, it's been running smoothly for a few
months now with only minor issues now and then, nothing bad.

I'm running apache2, jkmod, tomcat6 and some other unrelated stuff.

Anyway, last night I went and updated a file in a subfolder of a live
site, when I went to use it, I got a 404 on the folder it's in.

It get's funky at this point, because now tomcat doesn't seem to be
serving anything other than html files out of subfolders, but the base
documents in the main folders (For each deployed WAR) works just fine.

So if I manually type in the url, add the subfolder, and a filename
(.cfm) it gives me the file as if it was a textfile.
index.cfm is not recognized, but index.html is.

It's the same for 3 live sites on the server.

I've tried researching it, I've restared the server and the services,
I've re-deployed some of the WARs and nothing seems to work, and I'm
at my wits end, I can't even imagine what could cause tomcat to behave
like this.

Anyone have any ideas?
