I first removed the extra language/country parameters that I added to
JVM startup, after which I could see with Fiddler that indeed my old
"dutch" cookies were back.

Then I downloaded just the openbluedragon JAR from the nightly build,
it crashed everything with charset errors or something. But I saw the
message that I also had to get the rest of the updated JARs. So I did.
Dropped them in, reload the app from Tomcat manager and voila ....
problem fixed. Cookies are now clearly in english and all browsers,
including IE, are picking them up nicely.

Thanks a lot Alan. I guess the reason I was the one finding this out
is because until now not many non-english developers using openBD.
Well, lets hope that is going to change! And it will.
